In this listing, the equipment comes with the Honor model number MGI-AN00 and will be commanded by the Qualcomm Snapdragon SM8450 SoC processor. Now this is the code name for Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
If this information is confirmed, the Honor Magic V will be the first folding smartphone to be equipped with the latest Qualcomm processor and risks being the most powerful model of its kind at the moment.
Also in the GeekBench listing, we learn that the aforementioned processor will be paired with 12 GB of RAM and that it will run Android 12. On this platform, the device will have registered 1,176 points in the single-core test and 3,440 points in the multi-core test.
