If you have Firefox, you can install the Return YouTube Dislike and YT-Dislikes-Viewer extensions simply by downloading them from the official Firefox Marketplace.
If you are a Google Chrome user, you will have to install these extensions manually by first downloading the extension file Return YouTube Dislike and YT-Dislikes-Viewer.
